1. Shipping Options & Processing Time

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders.

    Processing time: 1 business day.

  • International Orders:

    • Free shipping on orders over $50 USD

    • $7.9 USD flat shipping fee for orders under $50 USD

      Processing time: 2 business days

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: Approximately 3 business days

  • International Orders: Approximately 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our lab and fulfillment center located in Asia.


5. Tracking & Notifications
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update

6. Important Notes

Please make sure your shipping address is valid and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by invalid or undeliverable addresses
• Shipping costs for returned packages due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
• Changing delivery addresses after shipment (for security reasons)

• Non-EU international orders:
• Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply
• These charges vary by destination and are collected by the local carrier upon delivery
• We cannot estimate these fees in advance
