United States

  • Free shipping on all orders

    (Orders placed before the daily cutoff will be processed the same business day.)

International Orders (Non-US Regions)

  • Free shipping on orders over $50 USD

  • $7.90 USD flat rate for orders under $50 USD

  • Processing time: 0–3 business days

    (Depending on the fulfillment center workload and destination region, aligned with our Google Merchant Center settings.)

2. Estimated Delivery Time

United States

  • Transit time: ~2–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days

International Orders (Non-US Regions)

  • Transit time: 1–15 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 1–18 business days

    (Processing 0–3 days + transit 1–15 days)

Delivery times vary by country, local carrier performance, customs processing time, and the nearest fulfillment center (Hong Kong or Shenzhen).

This timing range is aligned with our Google Merchant Center delivery settings to ensure accurate approval and display across all countries.

4. Shipping Origin

We ship from the fulfillment center closest to your destination:

  • United States Warehouse – Fontana, CA 92337

  • Hong Kong Office & Fulfillment – Central, Hong Kong

  • Shenzhen Fulfillment Center – Futian District, Shenzhen, China

Depending on inventory, your order may ship from one or multiple locations.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by invalid or incomplete addresses

  • Shipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”

  • Address changes after shipment
