At Shantivale, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in the original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting our customer service team first.

2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (if marked as “Final Sale”)
• Personalized or custom-made products

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shantivale.com.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at service@shantivale.com with photos and your order number.

5. Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact our customer service team at service@shantivale.com. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address based on your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
